How to: Getting started, manager’s view

The dashboard

The dashboard is accessed from the top menu.

  1. Graph showing an overview of everyone’s structured CPD requirements, broken down by CPD units completed, CPD units planned and the outstanding CPD units.
  2. Graph showing an overview of everyone’s unstructured CPD requirements, broken down by CPD units completed, CPD units planned and the outstanding CPD units.
  3. Overview table of everyone’s number of hours of structured and unstructured CPD units, broken down by required, completed, planned and outstanding. Allows drilling down to individual view of progress.
  4. Add activity button, allows you to add new activities for individuals or groups of individuals.
  5. Planner link, show full calendar view of all activities planned.
  6. Purchased course details, showing percentage of places used.
  7. Purchased courses listed out by provider, detailing total courses purchased, number of those used and how many remaining.
  8. Add purchased courses, allows you to add in the details of purchased courses and providers.
